Consultation Requirement
All new clients must complete a consultation before any paramedical procedure can be scheduled. This ensures we fully understand your needs, assess your treatment area, and create a personalized plan that's right for you.
Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis
Package clients receive priority booking privileges
We recommend booking your full treatment series in advance to secure your preferred dates
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you once confirmed
Deposit Requirements
Consultations:
$80 deposit required at booking (applied toward your procedure if booked within 30 days)
Individual Services:
50% deposit required (whichever is greater)
Treatment Bundles:
25% deposit required (whichever is greater)
All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment with proper notice (see cancellation policy below).

AFTERCARE COMPLIANCE
Your Responsibility
Proper aftercare is critical to achieving optimal results. You are responsible for:
Following all aftercare instructions provided
Attending all scheduled follow-up appointments
Purchasing and using recommended aftercare products
Protecting treated areas from sun exposure as directed
Avoiding activities that may compromise healing
Results & Touch-Ups
Individual results vary based on skin type, health, and aftercare compliance
Touch-up sessions may be required and are typically offered at a discounted rate
We cannot guarantee specific results if aftercare instructions are not followed
Hidden Hues is not responsible for complications arising from non-compliance
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT
Before & After Photos
Before and after photos are required for your client records. These images are kept confidential unless you provide written consent for their use in marketing materials.
You may opt-in to allow Hidden Hues to:
Share your images on social media (faces cropped/obscured unless specified)
Use your images for educational or promotional purposes
Feature your testimonial alongside your images
You may revoke consent at any time by contacting us in writing.

Cancellation Notice Requirements
48+ Hours Notice:
No penalty or fees
Deposit fully transferable to new appointment date
Must reschedule within 60 days of original appointment
24-48 Hours Notice:
Deposit transferable to new appointment date minus rescheduling fee
Must reschedule within 60 days of original appointment
Less Than 24 Hours Notice:
50% of service cost forfeited
Remaining deposit may be applied to future appointment within 30 days
Subject to availability
No-Show/Same Day Cancellation:
Full deposit forfeited
Full service cost must be paid before rebooking
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Please contact us as soon as possible.
We understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate with us, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours and that of other clients.
5-10 Minutes Late:
Your appointment may proceed, but treatment time will be shortened accordingly to avoid delays for other clients.
10-15 Minutes Late:
We may need to reschedule your appointment.
15+ Minutes Late:
Your appointment will be considered a no-show. Full deposit will be forfeited, and you'll need to rebook and pay in full

Consultation fees are due at time of booking
Deposits are required to secure all appointments
Full payment for individual services is due on the day of treatment
Package payments may be split into installments (payment plan agreement required)
Outstanding balances must be paid before the next scheduled appointment
Refund Policy
All sales are final once services have been rendered
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with proper notice
Package refunds are not available once treatment has begun
In the rare event we must cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund or credit toward future services
TREATMENT POLICIES
Pre-Treatment Requirements
Consultation must be completed before first treatment
Patch test required for all camouflage and lightening services
Medical clearance may be required for certain conditions
Follow all pre-treatment instructions provided during consultation
Session Spacing
CIT sessions must be spaced 4-6 weeks apart for optimal collagen production
Camouflage touch-ups should be scheduled 6-8 weeks after initial application
Lightening sessions are typically spaced 4-6 weeks apart
Failure to follow recommended spacing may affect results
Missed Appointments in Bundle Series
Package sessions must be completed within 12 months of purchase
Missing scheduled appointments may delay your results
Packages cannot be extended beyond 12 months without consultation
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICIES
Your Health Information
You must disclose all relevant medical conditions and medications
Inform us immediately of any changes to your health status
Failure to disclose medical information may result in complications and appointment cancellation without refund
Contraindications
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if:
You have active infections or skin conditions in the treatment area
You are pregnant or nursing (certain services only)
You have not obtained required medical clearance
You appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
We determine treatment would not be safe or effective
Client Conduct
We maintain a professional, respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate appointments without refund if clients are:
Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate toward staff
Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Non-compliant with health and safety protocols
MODIFICATIONS TO POLICY
Hidden Hues reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any policy updates.
